What is Kratom?

Kratom, or, Mitragyna Speciosa, is a tree that is native to South East Asia and is from the same family as the Coffee Tree. The Leaves are dried(or cured) and ground up to make Kratom Powder. In Southeast Asia, they simply eat the leaves off of the tree, and sometimes soak them in soda and other liquids to make a concoction often referred to as thom. When leaves are dried and cured in a  specific way, it makes all the difference.   It makes the effects of the leaf stronger. This is why drying process is very important, but there is also another very important reason. Drying conditions can also affect mold and bacteria. That is why it is very important to know what methods and facilities the farmer is using to dry, package and store the Kratom.
Safety is the number one concern of my company, but just as important as the safety of your leaf is the quality. Many of the strains I carry are string dried strains. This ensures the freshest and most potent product available, even in the rainy season. So rest assured, I am striving to bring you the most fresh and cleanest product possible! Every strain has been tested by me, and meets the Philly Kratom Standard!

How safe is Kratom ?

Kratom is VERY safe when used on its own. Kratom may be a bad idea if......

You take other medications
you are pregnant
you are taking a bunch of herbs
you are exhibiting a compulsiveness to take kratom more than 3 or 4 times a day

These are my opinions. Do your own research before starting ANY regimen or making ANY lifestyle changes.

Do you offer Kilos?

At this time, my stock is limited and I do not have enough to offer single strain kilos just yet. There is a split kilo category, where you can pick a split half or full kilo.

Is Kratom Legal in my state?

Most likely YES! Kratom is becoming more widely accepted everywhere! The American Kratom Association, or AKA, is fighting hard on our behalf to educate our Government on  Kratom. I wholeheartedly believe we will win this fight, but we need your help. Contact your local Representatives and let them know what Kratom Has done for you. Also, donate to the AKA!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Any order $50.00 and over will receive free shipping  if using USPS. When choosing UPS we deduct $7.00 from the UPS ground and UPS 2 day air option for orders over $50.00. The shipping price of 7.00 will automatically deduct off of your total order while you are shopping once you hit the $50.00 threshold.

What kind of shipping do you use?

Our shipping options are as followed
USPS priority mail, USPS express, UPS ground, or UPS 2 day air. The fee is 7.00 for orders under 50.00 with USPS priority, free shipping for orders over 50.00. USPS express is $24.00 for orders under $50.00 and $17.00 for above $50.00. UPS ground is $13.00 for orders under $50.00 and $7.00 for orders above $50.00. We are sure everyone is aware at this point that there are major issues with USPS, if you are in a rush and need your package we suggest using UPS, while they have a little added pressure with more people shipping UPS we have had better luck with them as of late.

Once I order, how long will it take to ship my order?

All orders will be at the post office no more than 20 hours after payment. If order is placed and paid for during a weekday before 12pm est it will go out the same day, if it is after that time there is a possibility it will not be shipped until the next day. All Saturday orders must be paid for by 10am to go out same day, any order placed after that on the weekend will go out Monday.

Which holidays are USPS holidays??

Here are the days that the USPS will be closed for 2020
  •  January 1            New Year’s Day
  •  January 20          Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.
  •  February 17         President’s Day/Washington’s Birthday
  •  May 25                 Memorial Day
  •  July 4                    Independence Day
  •  September  7        Labor Day
  •  October 12            Columbus Day
  • November 11         Veterans Day
  •  November 26        Thanksgiving Day
  • December 25        Christmas Day

These are holidays where nothing will ship, so we recommend ordering a couple days in advance of these holidays. Also, from about the Beginning of December until the middle of January are very busy shipping times. Your package may be delayed a few days during these times. We encourage you to order ahead of time during this period. I have been selling Kratom for three years and have seen people go without quite a few times because of this delay.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes! We accept credit cards, but your shipping address and address on your credit/debit card MUST BE the same address. Can not process the state of Tennessee sorry for any inconvenience.

Why was my credit card declined?

If your transaction is declined, please call your bank and authorize transaction, please do not try to submit payment multiple times. If it is declined it is because your bank thinks it is a fraudulent charge. Banks tend to flag charges that are not familiar with recent activity.

Are you still using other payment methods?

The p2p apps are getting less and less. The only way to move forward and be able to successfully take payments was to move to this credit card option. Most of our apps have been shut down, we would prefer anyone who is able to pay with their credit/debit card to do so.  If there is a reason you can not use the credit card payment method please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Is there any hidden fees for customers that use their credit/debit card?

The fees are on our end, meaning you do not get charged any fees from us. There may be an instant where you get charged a small currency conversion fee from your financial institute, but it should not be much. You can always call your bank to find out.

Is my information safe using the credit option ?

The answer to this is absolutely !!! We took months to make this decision and did a ton of research. . I promise you they have been being used by some big companies for some time now, and are 100% safe, secure and instant.

Can I use pre- paid cards for the credit card option at checkout?

No, pre-paid cards are not able to be used for that option. If you have a pre-paid and have used it with us before on a p2p app please contact us. We will do our best to work with you if we can.
